By booking these services you are accepting the following rules and services:

You are responsible for your own safety and the equipment during your session, and you will need to provide your own public liability and any rental insurance required for your session.

You expressly waive and release any claim that you or your participants may have at any time for injury of any kind against Bright Banana Studios or any person or entity involved with Bright Banana Studios. You assume all risk and injury by using the services and the equipment provided.

Please do not use the services or equipment provided if you are not willing to accept responsibility. 

​

Anything damaged or broken during your session, will be compensated by yourself to replace or repair the item(s).  

​

For cancellations, you need to give us one weeks notice for a full refund, 72 hours notice for 50% to cover the session loss.

​

Please confirm date with us before booking (by email/phone), otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of the studio.

 

If the studio is no longer available on your chosen date through no fault of bright banana studios,  we will refund any fee paid. We do not accept liability for any other loss beyond the fee paid.
